Licensed to practice medicine in New Brunswick and holding dual Fellowships from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada in both Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (2017) and Pain Medicine (2018). Since 2018, Dr. Cook has served as Pain Clinic Director within the Waterloo Wellington Regional Health Network in Kitchener, Ontario, where he leads a multidisciplinary pain medicine clinic and oversees the full continuum of pain care from comprehensive assessments to ultrasound and fluoroscopic-guided interventional procedures.
