    Welcome to rei-ime.com (the "Site"), owned and operated by Rehabilitative Ergonomics Inc. ("REI", "we", "us", or "our"). REI provides independent medical examination services and related assessment facilities across Canada. This Site is provided to assist users in learning about and inquiring about those services.

    By accessing or using this Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

    We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

    2. Use of the Site

    2.1 Permitted Use

    This Site is provided for informational purposes only. You may use this Site to learn about REI's services, submit referral inquiries, and contact our team. As a condition of use, you represent and warrant that:

    • You have reached the age of majority in your province or territory
    • You have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement
    • You will use the Site only in accordance with these Terms
    • All information you provide through the Site is true, accurate, current, and complete

    2.2 Prohibited Activities

    You may not use this Site or its contents to:

    • Engage in any unlawful purpose or activity
    • Violate any applicable federal, provincial, or local law or regulation
    • Infringe on any intellectual property rights of REI or any third party
    • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
    • Collect or harvest personal information of other users or visitors
    • Engage in scraping, crawling, or automated data collection without written consent
    • Reproduce, duplicate, copy, or resell any portion of the Site without express written permission
    • Misrepresent your identity or your affiliation with any organization
    • Submit false, inaccurate, or misleading referral information

    2.3 Clinical Referrals

    Any referral inquiry submitted through this Site is for the purpose of initiating contact with REI. Formal referral submissions for assessment services are completed through the REI Referral Portal on E-claims. Submitting an inquiry through this Site does not constitute the scheduling or confirmation of an assessment.

    No personal health information (PHI) related to claimants or examinees should be submitted through any contact or inquiry form on this Site. All PHI must be submitted exclusively through the secure E-claims REI Referral Portal.

    3. SMS Terms of Service

    Program Name: Rehabilitative Ergonomics Inc. (REI).

    Program Description: By opting in to the REI SMS program, you consent to receive text messages relating to assessment scheduling, appointment reminders, referral status updates, and other service-related communications.

    Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interaction with REI. You may receive recurring messages.

    Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

    Opt-Out Instructions: You can opt out of the SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. After replying STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

    Help: For help, reply HELP to any text message, or contact us by email at info@rei-ime.com or by phone at 1-877-381-7200.

    Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

    Privacy: For privacy-related inquiries about SMS communications, please refer to our Privacy Policy at rei-ime.com/privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except for aggregators and providers of the text message services.

    4. Cookies

    The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to support functionality, analyze traffic, and improve user experience. A cookie consent banner is displayed on first visit, allowing you to accept or decline cookie use. You may also manage cookie preferences through your browser settings at any time.

    8. Disclaimer of Warranties

    THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, REI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

    REI does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

    9. Limitation of Liability
